Overview

Low energy is caused by more than just a lack of sleep. So how can we listen to our bodies more effectively to work out what we need and when? And more importantly, how can we use this knowledge to benefit us and avoid that feeling of lethargy that so many of us are familiar with?

The webinar will explore:

  • Causes of low energy and how your food choices can help address these
  • What can you be eating for a quick burst of energy?
  • Ideal food choices for slow release of energy
  • The optimum time to be using caffeine

More workshop, webinar and masterclass topics can be found here or visit the webinar archive at your leisure.
