Overview

Speakers from across the region will explain how innovations in major projects can be achieved within their sector followed by a panel debate. As part of the breakfast debate ICE President, Andrew Wyllie CBE, will make an address about how ICE is improving lives by being at the forefront of the Smart Infrastructure Revolution.

The event is part of ICE’s West Midlands Chair’s Programme theme for 2018/19 ‘Delivering a Sustainable World’, which looks at how we ensure the sustainable development of projects. The programme considers how industry can deliver the best balance for the environment, people and the economy. In addition, the theme gives insight into how sustainable development can be embedded into the procurement process to ensure the long-term resilience of the planet’s resources.
