The new version of British Standard BS 1192 is now available. Its official name is BS 1192: 2007, with a new title ‘Collaborative Production of Architectural, Engineering and Construction Information’. This ICE briefing sheet summarises the key elements of the new Code. The document has been prepared in conjunction with the RICS QS & Construction IT Business Group and the ICE Information Systems Panel, 2009.
