The Institution of Civil Engineers is working with the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) in relation to developing a Mutual Exemption Agreement (MEA) with the Geotechnical (GEO) Discipline. The MEA, once complete will enable the professional qualifications and registration to be recognised between the two Institutions.
