Essex Branch Committee

Essex Branch is one of the largest of the seven branches in the East of England with around 1,000 members (18% of the regions total).

This is the main organising committee for the Essex Branch of ICE EoE. We are currently a small committee and try to meet bi-monthly in or near Chelmsford.

The principal objectives of the branch include:

To arrange an annual programme of meetings, seminars, courses and debates
To arrange visits to works of engineering interest
To promote, develop and expand public perception of civil engineering and Civil Engineers
To promote civil engineering education in local communities, colleges and schools
