Glasgow & West of Scotland

Glasgow & West of Scotland is the largest of the five Branches in ICE Scotland, with over 3800 members. It was the first Association of the Institution to be founded outside London, in 1884, and in the 2009-2010 session celebrated its 125th Anniversary.

This is achieved through the organisation of a varied and comprehensive programme of activities ranging from technical meetings to social events. The principal activities of G&WoS include: annual programme of Technical Meetings; the Annual Dinner; a varied programme of social and sporting events which have included a members' Bowling and Curry Night; Fellows' Lunch and Past-Chairmen’s Lunch; a comprehensive programme of Graduate & Student events.
