This list provides details of engineers who have demonstrated to their peers that they are capable of producing and implementing a conservation scheme to the required standard. Those listed provide a high level of competency in a similar manner of registers run by AABC, RIAS and RICS for other conservation professionals. However, this does not relieve the client of their responsibility to ensure that the engineer is capable of dealing with the specific project in hand.
Registration is valid for 5 years, after which time those registered will be asked to submit evidence that they have maintained and enlarged their skills, based on current practice, by further relevant experience and training.
