Overview

Nobody enjoys conflict, and as a result, we often do not have the tips and tools to deal with disagreements constructively. This webinar aims to equip you with some of the skills required to resolve conflicts more effectively.

During this webinar, we will explore:

  • Identifying root causes of disagreement
  • Arguing ‘well’
  • Strategies for coping with disagreement
  • How to avoid attacking and demonising others

Lucy is an experienced coach trained to masters level. She specialises in supporting senior leaders and entrepreneurs to be healthy, happy and productive in the workplace by accessing their innate resilience and strengths.

Lucy holds the world recognised Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (MAPPCP) and delivers inspiring workshops in topics including Mental Health and Wellbeing, Self Compassion, Mindfulness, Personal Resilience, Work-Life Integration, Assertiveness & Confidence, Growth Mindset, Emotional Intelligence, and Managing Change with agility. She also holds a BSc in Life Sciences, MSc in Human Resource Management, and is a chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
