Overview

Sixty-two percent of all employees worldwide have taken a career break at some point in their lives. Despite how common it is to have a gap on your CV, many candidates feel uncomfortable when re-entering the workforce and worry about how this will be viewed by potential future employers.

This webinar aims to help you navigate career curveballs confidently, reframing your employment break as a positive experience, even if it wasn’t taken by choice.

During this webinar, delegates will explore:

  • Unexpected career breaks, including illness and redundancy
  • Rethinking your approach to job hunting
  • The importance of resilience

Retraining into new industries and the pros and cons of doing so.
