From tablets to TikTok, children are growing up in a digital world that’s evolving faster than ever. As a parent, it can feel overwhelming to know how much is too much, what’s safe and how to guide your child through it all without constant battles or guilt.

This webinar will explore how to balance digital exposure across different ages and devices, using compassionate, practical strategies that support healthy development and family connection.

In this short introductory webinar will support delegates in their understanding of:

  • The pros and cons of digital exposure on brain development

  • Limits and how to enforce them
  • How to dial safety settings up and down on a variety of devices
