What is the Windsor Leadership programme?
The ICE Windsor Leadership Programme brings together senior leaders from across the infrastructure sector to collaboratively address the challenges of strategic leadership.
It’s tailored for those advancing toward top industry roles, offering an opportunity to enhance strategic thinking and leadership influence.
The programme aims to equip senior leaders to meet the uncertainty of their roles and prepares them for the challenges they may face.

Programme outline
The ICE Windsor Leadership Programme is a two-part programme, set in the tranquil environment of Cumberland Lodge, in Windsor Great Park.
Part one will be held in Autumn each year, with the second part to follow in early spring of the following year.
- Each programme will be led by an experienced Chair and a group of facilitators and the discussion will operate under the Chatham House Rule, creating an environment for open and honest discussions.
- Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from inspirational guest speakers and will share examples of their own leadership challenges.
- The group will delve into challenges and evolving expectations of leadership through a combination of focused small-group discussions.
- This exploration will address what society and organisations currently demand from leaders and how these demands may change.
Is the Windsor Leadership programme right for me?
The programme is designed to help people who are progressing towards more senior industry leadership positions to develop their strategic thinking.
It will typically be attended by director-level leaders in, or seeking to move into, board-level positions.
All applicants’ backgrounds, previous leadership roles and current responsibilities will be considered carefully to ensure the programme’s relevance.
