Overview

We’ve all felt the weight of the world after a scroll through the news or social media. In a time when chaos and negativity is loud and constant, it’s easy to overlook the quiet moments of joy that surround us.

But what if joy isn’t something we stumble upon? What if it’s something we can learn to see?

Your brain is your most powerful tool. And with the right mindset, you can train it to seek out joy, even in the smallest moments.

During this webinar, we will explore:

  • How current world events impact mental wellbeing
  • Positive psychology vs toxic positivity
  • Top tips for joy spotting to cultivate a calmer mindset
