You are invited to join us for this evening event that brings together ICE NI, RICS NI and APM NI for a collaborative focus on the practical realities of working under the NEC4 Professional Service Contract.
The session will explore key lessons learned and real-world experiences from three critical perspectives — the client, the contractor and the consultant. Through open discussion and shared insight, the event will examine how NEC4 PSC can be used to foster collaboration, manage risk, and improve project outcomes beyond the contractual baseline, offering valuable takeaways for professionals involved in the planning, delivery and management of projects.
