Michael Quinn is a Midlands highways lead at Mott MacDonald and an ICE fellow, with over 25 years’ experience, spanning site-based work in Ireland on tailings, dams and railway upgrades, followed by major UK highways projects and international delivery in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Michael's career includes senior roles in project management, design management, construction assurance, and multi-disciplinary programme delivery, most recently serving as framework director for National Highways TA1 commission.
