Overview
ICE HKA G&S together with ACEHK YMC and CIHT HK EPC is hosting a cocktail brewing workshop with Perfume Trees, Hong Kong’s first gin brand, infusing the spirit with locally-sourced aromatic botanicals. It has recently opened Tankyu Distillery, its first gin tasting room. Located at The Mills in Tsuen Wan, it serves as an official venue for tasting and cocktail workshops under its mother brand.
Throughout the workshop, participants will be introduced to fundamental bartending techniques, followed by a tutorial on crafting signature cocktails using Perfume Trees’ trademark spirits. Participants will also gain the opportunity to learn more about Tankyu Distillery, as well as the origin of Perfume Trees.

Notes
- Participants must be over the legal age of 18 as a prerequisite to join the event.
- Registration will be confirmed on a first-come-first- served basis, with priority given to ICE HKA G&S, ACEHK and CIHT HK Members.
- Only successful applicants will receive confirmation emails, including the payment method.
- Once registration is confirmed, payment is non-refundable.
- Please also inform us in advance about any food/alcohol allergies.
- Applicants with no-show records will be given lower priority in future G&S events.
- The event will be conducted in English.

The event will be cancelled or rescheduled to another date in the case of a red or black rainstorm signal, or typhoon signal no. 3 or above is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory at or after 13.00. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event in view of safety or other considerations.
