Please note that this event will be held on 5 May 2026 from 19:30 – 21:00 HK time.
This event allows participants to learn about basic concepts of hand-brewed coffee which is unlike automatic machines and gives full control over every variable, such as extraction balance and consistence, brewing techniques (coffee grounds amount, coffee-to-water ratio, temperature control, pouring technique and brewing time), coffee flavours (origin and roast – beans from different regions and roast levels highlight unique flavour notes), and tasting skills by paying attention to aroma, acidity, body, and aftertaste which help the participants appreciate complexity.
