Overview

Please note that this event will be held on 28 March 2026 from 09:15 – 13:45 HK time.

Mai Po Nature Reserve is located at the centre of Mai Po Inner Deep Bay Ramsar Site (Wetland of International Important). Mai Po, the only wetland reserve in Hong Kong, has an extremely high ecological value.

This programme is to allow participants visiting different kinds of wetland including gei wai (traditional shrimp pond), fishpond, mangrove, reedbed and freshwater marsh etc. within the restricted area. For those who are new to Mai Po, they will not be disappointed with her unique wetland scenery and thriving biodiversity!

Notes

  • Registration will be confirmed on a first-come-first-served basis, with priority given to ICE HKA members.
  • Only successful applicants will receive a confirmation e-mail.
  • Attendance certificates will be provided after 2 weeks of the event only if attendees attend the whole event.
