Overview

Traditional delivery models make collaboration difficult. Siloed transactional arrangements across complex multi-party relationships create interfaces and hand-offs that impede alignment and optimisation.

Efforts to rectify these issues are often compromised by a lack of shared interests or objectives, as well as an entrenched sequential approach to procurement and stakeholder engagement.

Conversely, effective Integration in Enterprise models has vastly improved the delivery of outcomes.

Best-practice Enterprises create the conditions where all contributing parties are aligned, and there is visibility throughout different stages and across organisations. When applied effectively, Integration supports a

fundamental change in ways of working, shifting delivery from construction to production, creating highly standardised platforms and more productive delivery processes.

This webinar is an opportunity to understand the insights gathered from the Project 13 adopter group that have helped identify and define the features of effective Integration and the associated benefits.

This will be illustrated with examples from the Anglian Water @one Alliance and the National Highways Smart Motorways Alliance
