Overview

This event is for those completing their career appraisal or professional review submission and who are based in Bridgwater or the South West.

You have been invited to attend this workshop because you are an experienced engineer, who has expressed a desire to make your career appraisal or professional review submission for IEng/CEng. This event has been designed to enable you to set out, plan and start writing your submission for your professional membership.

The objectives, by the end of the workshop, are for delegates to:

  • Plan the content of your submission
  • Complete your introduction and summary
  • Have 1,500 – 2,000 words of your report written
  • Understand what is required to develop the full 5,000-word report
  • Be clear on next steps and timescales

To get the most benefit from the workshop, delegates are required to do some preparation beforehand: provide a CV, complete a brief questionnaire and a short writing task.

To attend you must have access to a laptop which you can bring to the event so that you can progress your report.

At the end of this event, we will agree any further support/events required.
