This is the eighth year that ICE has collated its Gender Pay Gap data.
In accordance with the regulations, this is taken as a snapshot in April 2024 and includes any bonuses received in April 2024.
In 2024, the ICE gender pay gap reduced to -4.10% from 9.78% in 2023; and for the first time since we started reporting, has fallen below the UK April 2024 average.
This reduction is in large part due to the increase in female representation at the executive leadership level.
