The Legal Action Working Group ("LAWG") has developed guidance to assist ICE directors, employees and committee chairmen to avoid the risk of Contempt of Court following high profile accidents involving civil engineering matters.

These guidelines are general in nature and if there are any specific issues these should be discussed with ICE's Director of Communications and Marketing.
