In the coming decades, the construction industry (the Industry) is expected to experience a significantly increased level of construction volumes mainly driven by the Government's ambitious development plans for the Northern Metropolis and the Lantau Tomorrow Vision. These major development plans would not only generate tremendous infrastructure works but also building works to meet the housing needs for the people of Hong Kong.
