State of the city London report

Over the next four years, one of the Mayor of London’s biggest challenges will be to drive deep and rapid reductions to London’s carbon emissions. Decarbonising the city’s built environment is a big part of this task. This report looks at the challenges and offers recommendations around two key areas that can help with achieving the net zero target – housing and transport.
