Overview
To allow apprentices across the London region to network, the ICE has organised a picnic in The Regent’s Park. It is essential for apprentices to collaborate with other apprentices across their industry because different from the traditional university route.
By networking with each other, apprentices are able to gain a better understanding of:
- The different disciplines in the civil engineering industry,
- The variety of projects that are being undertaken
- The number of qualifications that can be achieved and how they can be attained.
It has been a busy year for both aspiring and current apprentices, from completing applications to finishing the academic year and entering the EPA gateway.
This event will allow apprentices to unwind, socialise, and support each other on their journey to becoming a civil engineer.
