Overview

It’s normal to be worried about your health from time to time. But when does concern tip into anxiety?

This webinar is here to bring clarity to health anxiety, a topic that’s often misunderstood and rarely talked about openly.

We’ll explore what health anxiety is, how worry cycles form and keep us stuck, and share practical strategies to check symptoms in a balanced way… without letting “Dr Google” send you into a spiral!

During this webinar, we will explore:

  • Recognising when awareness becomes anxiety
  • Practical tips for breaking worry cycles
  • Healthy symptom checking without fear
