Overview

We’ve all had those moments: walking away from a conversation thinking “I could’ve said that better”.

Whether you’re leading a team, managing clients or navigating everyday workplace interactions, strong communication skills are the key to getting your message across, navigating different opinions and building trust.

This webinar will explore tips to help you communicate with clarity and confidence to help you connect with others.

Delegates will explore:

  • Clarity: understanding what makes communication clear or unclear
  • The power of open questions to check understanding and invite dialogue
  • The value of active listening to build trust and hear diverse perspectives
