Overview

The Princess Royal Award for Emerging Engineers is a competition that gives ICE student and graduate members, as well as apprentices (including those professionally qualified), an opportunity to highlight their technical expertise and showcase their communication skills to the wider civil engineering community.

Our judges have selected three finalists, who will present their full papers in person to the judging panel. The winner will represent the North West at The Princess Royal Award for Emerging Engineers International Final in Autumn 2026, which will decide the overall ICE Emerging Engineer for 2026.

Everyone is invited to watch the presentation of the papers and support to our finalists; Jared Harvey, Giuliana Kyerematen and Aamar Lovell.
