Tom Morris
Tom Morris is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the civil engineering industry.
Tom has worked on a wide range of infrastructure and civil engineering schemes throughout the UK, delivering projects across the highways, water, energy, structures, and public realm sectors.
Since joining Walters in 2019, he has successfully delivered several key schemes including the Brocastle Infrastructure Project and the Pyle Community Recycling Centre project for Bridgend County Borough Council.
Tom held a number of senior engineering and project management roles on major infrastructure projects, including award-winning bridge refurbishment and large-scale transport schemes in Wales.
Most recently, Tom acted as project manager for Walters on the Haverfordwest Signature Footbridge project, overseeing all stages of the scheme from planning and design coordination through to construction and successful project delivery.
The project has become a landmark structure for the town, providing an important pedestrian link while enhancing the surrounding public realm.
