Overview

This learned event explored the transformative role of AI-powered surveying in advancing infrastructure engineering across Saudi Arabia. As the country accelerates its adoption of digital tools, the session showcased how technologies such as 3D laser scanning, UAVs, and geospatial AI are enhancing the accuracy, efficiency, and delivery of civil engineering projects.

Attendees gained insights into cutting-edge workflows for utility mapping, data capture, and BIM coordination, with a particular focus on real-world applications from the Kingdom’s construction sector. The event also addressed the challenges and opportunities associated with implementing AI-driven solutions in both field and design environments.

The session was delivered in a hybrid format.
