Overview
This presentation aims to educate and increase awareness of geosynthetic cementitious composite mats (GCCMs) and their utility.
Increasing productivity and the carbon footprint are perennial and demanding challenges faced by professionals across the civil engineering industry. Such challenges are complex and can often seem unrelated. However, through innovation and modern methods of construction, solutions can be found. The objective of the webinar is to raise awareness of GCCMs and their role in addressing these challenges.
Innovation is at the core of GCCM development. Therefore, incorporating this modern material into projects will increase productivity of even a low skilled labour force. In addition, the carbon footprint of a project will be reduced when the material is used in-place of traditional concrete solutions.
