Overview

This event is an opportunity to explore cutting-edge trends in concrete thermal monitoring and maturity technology. You will discover how real-time monitoring enhances construction efficiency and quality, while gaining insights into innovative design standards.

Thermal monitoring of mass concrete is a must. Combining the new technologies and latest trends of the design standards the conventional limits can be slightly relaxed and the real time monitoring makes the full process very user friendly.

Concrete maturity has been documented in the codes for a long time as a competitive alternative for the testing of concrete at early-age instead of using destructive testing of cubes or cylinders. Concrete maturity allows optimisation of our construction cycle, reduces paperwork, simplifies QAQC process.

Organised by the ICE UAE Committee, this online event is addressed mostly to civil engineers specialising in structural design and construction, construction project managers and supervisors, professionals involved in quality assurance and quality control in construction, researchers and academics in the field of concrete technology and construction materials.
