Overview
Join us on Tuesday, 18 June, from 1:00 – 2:00 PM for a virtual fireside chat hosted by the ICE Republic of Ireland Early Careers Network. This live lunchtime session brings together a panel of ICE members to explore the Initial Professional Development (IPD) journey—from setting up your IPD through a training agreement or mentor-supported training, to preparing for and successfully completing your professional review as IEng or CEng MICE.
Hosted by Sumana Jain Kelly, Chair of the Early Careers Network in the Republic of Ireland, the session will feature personal insights and practical advice from:

- Ryan Young - CEng MICE
- Yash Rastogi– IEng MICE
- Yvonne Murphy – Supervising Civil Engineer and CEng FICE
Jen Hopkins, ICE Membership Development Officer (MDO), will also be able to answer queries relating to your path to ICE membership and professional qualification.
