Asaad Biqai

Asaad Biqai, a Palestinian PhD researcher at the University of Bristol, is dedicated to investigating the performance of FRP reinforced low carbon concrete structures. With an undergraduate degree obtained from Beirut Arab University in Lebanon, Asaad brings a wealth of industry experience to his research endeavours. His extensive background as a structural engineer and service life prediction engineer spans diverse projects in Lebanon, the UAE, Qatar, the USA, KSA, the UK, and beyond. Before joining the University of Bristol, Asaad Biqai has received prestigious scholarships from the UK, Netherlands, France, UAE, Portugal, Italy, Spain, Belgium, and Poland.
