Carl is a principal engineer for YGC (Gwynedd Council), a consultancy based in North Wales.
Carl was the NEC4 project manager for the Hirael Flood Alleviation works.
Carl usually undertakes a project ,anager or Project Director role for numerous drainage, coastal works and Active Travel projects.
Carl graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2021 with a Beng (Hons) and has over 11 years working for local government.
He recently obtained his IEng.
