Overview

The event will concentrate on the definitions within CDM 2015.  Whatever your role in construction, CDM aims to improve health and safety in the industry by helping you to:

  • sensibly plan the work so the risks involved are managed from start to finish
  • have the right people for the right job at the right time
  • cooperate and coordinate your work with others
  • have the right information about the risks and how they are being managed
  • communicate this information effectively to those who need to know
  • consult and engage with workers about the risks and how they are being managed

This webinar will assist in your knowledge of you can play a role in providing a safe working environment for workers and the public during the construction phase.

Kerry Evans

Kerry is currently the operations manager for a 40km section of the A55 in North Wales including the iconic Menai Suspension Bridge. She is the Chair of the ICE Wales Cymru North Wales Branch and a Regional Council Member for the CIHT. She is also a tustee of the Menai Bridge Community Heritage Trust. Kerry began her career at Mouchel Parkman at the Impact Partnership in Rochdale and spent seven years at Mott MacDonald reaching senior engineer grade.
