Overview

Join us, together with members from Building Equality, for a Toolbox Talk supporting allyship of the LGBTQ+ community within construction, engineering and built environment.

The talk is aimed at educating our workforce and empowering colleagues across the industry to become active allies.

We'll be covering the importance of allies and how individuals and business can make a positive difference through small changes, as well as introducing LGBTQ+ terminology, to widen understanding and knowledge of the community including the day-to-day challenges and issues that we still need to overcome.

There will also be lots of useful hints and tips on being an accepting, listening, learning and year-round ally.
