Martin Rowark

With over 35 years’ experience, Martin Rowark is a Fellow of both the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He specialises in complex acquisition and commercial strategies within the Infrastructure sector and is also an experienced international Expert Witness, Assurance Expert, Commercial Director and Procurement Director. Along with the successful procurement of Crossrail, Martin counts his contribution to the procurement of the London 2012 Olympics as a career highlight. Martin also led the authorship of the Procurement Module of the Infrastructure UK Project Initiation Route Map best practice tool kit. As Commercial Director for MetroLink, Martin has responsibility for all procurement and commercial management activities.

Lisa Reynolds

Lisa Reynolds is a Director with Turner & Townsend with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. Lisa possesses dual qualifications in civil engineering and construction law. Her career has spanned across main contractors, client organisations and consultant oganisations, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Lisa’s experience encompasses rail, aviation, and water sectors, progressing from site engineer roles to project and commercial management. She currently holds the position of Head of Policy and Assurance within the Commercial Directorate of MetroLink where she contributes to the strategic delivery of this critical infrastructure project.
