Overview

Engineering, like many other industries, recognises the importance of diversity and inclusion.

Whilst progress is being made to create a more inclusive culture, there is still work to be done.

Join our online panel discussion about ‘The Future of Diversity in Engineering’ which will include discussion around barriers towards diversity such as:

  • stereotypes
  • lack of role models
  • recruitment/hiring bias
  • access to education and resources

As well as discussion and questions from the audience, each panellist will be offering one takeaway for use going forward.

This event is organised by the ICE North West Fairness Inclusion and Respect champions, Tarisiro Fundira and Emmanuel Adegboro.
