So you want to be a Chartered Manager?
You may be a technical expert, a Chartered Engineer, but do you still need to develop people leadership skills for your next career step?
This workshop is designed to give you the information you need to become a Chartered Manager. We are joined by the Chartered Management Institute Wales for an insight into the Chartered Manager award and what the status means for you in your role.
Outcomes:
- Provide information about the Chartered Manager award and its benefits.
- Discuss who Chartered status is suitable for.
- Explore the different assessment routes.
- How it has helped ICE Members career progression.
Neil Reynolds CMgr and Yvonne Murphy CMgr will both give a short outline of their routes to Chartered Manager and what they have gained from it.
