Overview
This presentation will be delivered by the Head of Technical Assurance Services and the Lead Technical Assurance Auditor on Phase One of HS2.
The presentation will firstly provide a brief overview of the HS2 programme and the progress achieved to date along the route. It will then move into the fundamental principles and ethos around technical assurance on HS2 before looking at how HS2 and the supply chain work together in practice to technically assure the railway.
Furthermore, there will be a specific look at the Technical Assurance Review (TAR) process – how HS2 monitors, audits and continually improves Contractor compliance with HS2 requirements, processes and procedures.
