Overview
Temporary works present the biggest risks in construction. 65% of all deaths are a result of temporary works, fall from height from temporary structures and collapse of temporary structures being the most common.
This webinar will examine the reasons for the need for a temporary works forum and the unacceptable level of death and injuries resulting from the lack of temporary works knowledge on site.
Responsibility for safety in temporary works starts at the design stage and is not solely a site responsibility. Safety also involves the supply chain and the presentation examines the risks in falsework and the lack of knowledge in the supply chain.
