But sometimes, the impact of what we’ve been through lingers longer than expected.
Many of us will face events that could be considered traumatic, but our responses won’t all look the same. There’s no universal rule for what counts as trauma, and comparison with other people’s experience is generally unhelpful when defining trauma. Your feelings are valid, and this session is about understanding that.
