Overview

Join the ICE membership manager for Europe, Romanian ICE members and AECOM professionals to explore the value of ICE membership and professional qualification, gain insights into professional development and leadership, and discover how ICE together with global employers can help shape your future career.

The discussion will explore how ICE membership and professional qualification can support professional recognition, expand career opportunities, strengthen technical and leadership skills, and connect engineers with a worldwide network of industry professionals.

Participants will gain insight into the value of ICE membership, including routes to professional qualification (EngTech MICE, IEng MICE and CEng MICE), leadership development opportunities and access to a global community of civil engineers. Speakers will also discuss how international organisations operating in Romania, including AECOM, can support engineers in achieving their professional goals and advancing their careers.

The event will include presentations from speakers, followed by an interactive discussion and question-and-answer session, providing attendees with the opportunity to learn more about membership pathways, professional development and career opportunities within the civil engineering sector.

The event is open to everyone with an interest in the subject. We especially look forward to welcoming ICE members and hope they will take the opportunity to bring along colleagues and fellow professionals to broaden the discussion and networking opportunities.
