Ademide Adewunmi IEng MICE

Ademide Adewunmi IEng MICE is a senior designer at Balfour Beatty Ground Engineering and an Incorporated Engineer with the Institution of Civil Engineers.

With over 4 years of experience in civil and geotechnical engineering, she has supported the design and delivery of infrastructure projects across the UK. Passionate about both technical excellence and professional development, Ademide enjoys sharing knowledge, supporting aspiring engineers, and encouraging others to pursue professional qualification. She is committed to helping build a more inclusive, collaborative, and future-focused engineering profession.

Zechariah Olutoge

Zechariah Olutoge is a geotechnical engineer at Arup working on major infrastructure and ground engineering projects across the North West.

Originally from Nigeria, he studied Civil Engineering at The University of the West Indies in Trinidad and Tobago before completing an MSc in Geotechnical Engineering at the University of Birmingham.

Over the past three years at Arup, he has contributed to a variety of infrastructure projects, helping to deliver practical and sustainable engineering solutions.

Eddie Waiya IEng MICE

Eddie Waiya IEng MICE  is an associate specialising in estimating and cost assurance, with over a decade of experience across some of the UK’s most complex infrastructure programmes.

His career has taken him across rail, aviation, defence, and the built environment, bringing together engineering knowledge, commercial insight, and data to inform major investment decisions.

As an engineering professional from an underrepresented background, he values the importance of visible representation, diverse perspectives, and creating opportunities for talent from all backgrounds to contribute to and shape the future of the profession.
