This professional development workshop is aimed at early-career engineers who are working towards ICE professional qualification and seeking to strengthen their understanding of ICE Attribute 1.
Learn how engineering knowledge is applied in day-to-day practice and, in particular, how engineers can identify, structure, and present evidence from their routine project activities for ICE professional review and competency assessment.
Expect clear guidance on how everyday engineering tasks such as design development, calculations, technical decisions, and problem-solving can be translated into meaningful written evidence that demonstrates competence. The session will also explore common expectations for ICE submission, including how to reflect on experience, link work activities to attribute indicators, and present evidence in a structured and professional manner.
Come and enjoy an in-person interactive session combining presentation-led guidance with practical discussion, allowing you to relate your own work experience to ICE requirements.
Organised and delivered by experienced professionally qualified engineers from the AtkinsRéalis Power New Build (PNB) department, alongside representatives from the ICE Yorkshire & Humber Region.
