Overview

This set of 3 sessions organised by the ICE NI Early Careers Network aims at encouraging discussion amongst peers working towards IEng or CEng MICE about the attributes, what they mean and how they can be demonstrated in practical terms. Each session is bookable individually.

This session will focus on: Understanding and Practical Application of Engineering and Sustainable Development

Each session will include a brief introduction to the Attributes by recently successful incorporated or chartered members candidates, followed by group discussions led by SCEs/ DEs/Mentors and a final recap with Q&A.  The breakout discussion groups will give attendees the opportunity to share examples of how they are demonstrating the attributes based on their experience, hear a broad range of perspectives and get some feedback. Please note, the level of experience amongst attendees will vary and may include graduates and graduate level apprentices working towards any of the achievement levels of knowledge, experience or ability.

This session will be held at AECOM (10th Floor, The Clarence West Building, 2 Clarence St W, Belfast BT2 7GP). Please arrive from 5.30pm for tea, coffee and light refreshments. The session will run between 6pm and 7.30pm.

The next sessions will be as follows:

Due to the interactive nature of these sessions, places are limited.  With an expected high level of interest, please only book a place for a session if you know you will be able to attend.
