Engineers in Hong Kong working at the level of CEng, with academic qualifications suitable for CEng MICE, who are either following the self-managed Initial Professional Development (IPD) route or have completed HKIE Scheme A training in disciplines other than civil and geotechnical.
When to attend? Usually after having worked as an engineer for over 4 years and if you have had some management or leadership activities in your role.
