Graduate members of ICE can now demonstrate their status by using the post-nominal GMICE.

This follows ICE Council ratification; a positive member ballot and formal approval by the Privy Council in 2016.

As a graduate member, using GMICE post-nominal letters identifies you both nationally and internationally as a member of the world's leading civil engineering institution. It distinguishes you as a graduate who is eligible to become professionally qualified with ICE – it is an important step in your Initial Professional Development journey towards professionally qualified status.

As an example, Graduate Member Jo Smith can now describe herself as 'Jo Smith GMICE'.

If you have any questions about using the GMICE post-nominal letters, please contact our membership team on +44(0)20 7665 2012 or membership@ice.org.uk.
