The North West Regional Support team is here for our all of our members, at all stages and grades.
We help to raise the profile of civil engineering, provide expert comment on regional civil engineering issues and, together with our regional volunteers, deliver a range of knowledge sharing events.

Emma leads the Regional Support Team and is responsible for all regional programmes and activities. She works closely with the committee in delivering the regional business plan, and with organisations throughout the North West, raising awareness of the massive impact civil engineers have.
Lauren deals with a range of activities including events, bookings and enquiries as well as administrative support.
Lucy produces member communications and publications including e-news, website updates and organises the ICE North West Civil Engineering Awards.
Our membership development officers (MDOs) provide in depth information about becoming a member of ICE.
We often carry out visits to your place of work, hold regular advice surgeries and provide training to help you in becoming professionally qualified.

Gillian is membership manager for ICE North East, North West, and Yorkshire and Humber.
Philly is responsible for membership support and provides MDO visits and guidance for companies, graduates and students in the North West (focusing on Greater Manchester, Lancashire and the Isle of Man).
Mark is responsible for membership support and provides MDO visits and guidance for companies, graduates and students in the North West (focussing on Liverpool and Warrington).
Caroline Kelley is the membership support coordinator who deals with enquiries about Professional Qualification events in your region.
Charlotte Chevalier is the membership support coordinator who deals with enquiries about Professional Qualification events in your region.
Ashleigh McKenzie is the membership support coordinator who deals with enquiries about Professional Qualification events in your region.
