ICE provides the civil engineering and wider construction industry with all the tools needed to avoid and resolve disputes

Our Dispute Resolution Service provides online registers of qualified dispute resolvers, nomination and appointment service, model dispute resolution procedures and bespoke dispute avoidance and resolution services.

We are an Adjudicator Nominating Body (ANB) and also offer the appointment of Arbitrators, Mediators, Conciliators, Experts and Dispute Board Members.

Our services cover all forms of contract including NEC3 and Infrastructure Conditions of Contract. ICE also offers advice on dispute avoidance and resolution and bespoke disputes services to parties with clients including Crossrail and the London 2012 Games.
